- We are in the process of selling 2 acres. The deed specifies that you aren't allowed to put trailers or double wides on the property. We have a person interested in purchasing the land, who wants to put a double wide on it. Is it possible to get the deed changed to allow for this?

- I purchased a home with my girlfriends name on the mortgage in 2004 for reasons of getting a lower interest rate. We have since broken up and she signed over a quit claim deed. She is on me to get her name off the mortgage so she can free up her credit and move out of her apartment and get her own home. I have looked into refinancing and my payments might go up $250/mth. Not sure whether I want to stay in a home that the payment is bigger than I would like or sale it. Ideally I would like to assume the current loan since it was all my money that purchased it originally and she hasn't paid a dime on it until I had time to decide. What kind of options would you do if you were in this situation and any affects on her?

- My Father quit claim deeded his house to his oldest daughter (after a verbal between the 3 children that it would be held in trust)in 1994 during a severe illness he pased away shortly thereafter (1994) since that time I have resided in the home and done all the required tasks (remodeling,maintenance,taxes,etc.)in 2005 this woman decides to petition for personal administrator of my fathers estate which she was awarded,only after the appointment did she file for registered ownership(12 years later and not a penny spent for the house at any point) Now shes attempting to sell all property of my fathers estate and also has denied there was any agreement at all and has removed the property from probate.My question is how do I prevent this travesty from happening?

- my exhusband is letting his house go into foreclosure due to a previous bad relationship. Is this the same as going bankrupt and will this affect me in anyway since I was not on the house title/deed?
